01Who runs EVO?
EVO (evo.ae) is the online store of PRO TECHnology Co. L.L.C., an IT solutions and distribution company in Dubai since 1998. It sells the brands PRO TECHnology imports and supports in the UAE, including Stadler Form, MedicAir, LaCie, Kanguru, Wacom and DICOTA.
02Do you deliver everywhere in the UAE?
Yes. EVO delivers to every emirate. Orders ship the next working day. EVO does not ship outside the UAE.
03What is the return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. See Returns & refunds.
04Who handles warranty and repairs?
Warranty claims and repairs are handled locally by PRO TECHnology's service centre in Dubai, so products do not need to be sent abroad.
05Can I see a product before buying?
Yes. Visit the showroom at Showroom 3, Aswar Building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, Dubai, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 18:30. Open in Maps.
06Do you sell to companies, schools and hotels?
Yes. For volume pricing, quotations and invoices, contact PRO TECHnology or call +971 4 343 5501.
07How do I place an order?
Add products to your bag, go to checkout, enter your delivery details and pay. You receive an order confirmation by email.
08How can I pay?
Pay by card at the secure checkout. Tabby instalments are offered where shown at checkout.
09How do I track my order?
When your order ships you receive a tracking link by email. You can also see your orders in your account.
10Is a product shown as sold out coming back?
Often, yes. Use “Ask when it is back” on the product page and we will reply with the expected date. Many Stadler Form products are also sold on stadlerform.ae.
